Fees & Insurance

We do not participate in any health insurance plans.  Psychiatric services are paid for directly by the patient.  We do not submit claims to your insurance company for payment.  Dr. Trotta is considered an "out-of-network" provider.   

Our practice accepts cash, checks, and debit/credit card payments only.  Payment is due at the time of the appointment. We will provide you a bill that you can submit to your insurance company.


  • New Appointments:  Please arrive 15 minutes early to your first appointment to complete the forms below or print and complete the forms below prior to your arrival.
  • Late Policy: Appointments start and end at the scheduled time.  If the patient arrives late to the appointment, he/she will be seen for anytime that is remaining, but lost time cannot be made up at that visit.  
  • Cancelled/ Missed Appointments: 48 hours notice is required for cancellations.  If notice is not provided within 48 hours or the appointment is missed, the full appointment fee will be charged.  
  • Emergencies: Call 911 for any emergency.
